Position Overview
In this role you will be responsible for general day-to-day marketing tasks and supporting the execution of a variety of marketing campaigns, and initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging, manage special events and sponsorships, and assist in content creation and strategy. You will play a key role in supporting the company's marketing goals, strengthening its reputation, and ensuring consistency across all communications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging
● Coordinate marketing and philanthropic initiatives
● Assist in managing traditional and digital media
● Plan, organize, and execute marketing events
● Write clear and creative copy for marketing materials including brochures, flyers,
● social media and website
● Assist in ensuring all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines
● Assist in creation of social media content strategy and calendar for all platforms
● Work closely with marketing team to develop content strategies that align with overall goals and customer wants and needs
● Monitor social media content trends
● Provide insights and recommendations based on research to help enhance marketing strategies
● Assist in marketing project management
● Coordinate media outreach, press releases, and promotional activities to enhance brand
awareness and reputation
● Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree on Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a
related field
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a keen understanding of brand voice
● and messaging
● Knowledge of social media platforms
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Must be able to take initiative and work autonomously
● Prior internships in marketing or related field strongly encouraged
● Ability to travel within Wyoming as needed.
